Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service – Exceed customer expectations with proactive solutions.
  • Resolve customer queries – Ensure efficient resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain product knowledge – Stay updated on products, pricing, and processes.
  • Ensure professionalism – Maintain high standards in client communication.
  • Efficient administration – Plan, report, and update records accurately.
  • Governance compliance – Adhere to legislative and audit requirements.
  • Service productivity – Enhance efficiency and performance in the Call Centre.
  • CRM system updates – Accurately record client interactions and feedback.
  • Reporting – Provide reports to improve business performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • FAIS qualifications (NQF Level 4 or 5).
  • RE5 certification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial lines environment.
