Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer queries – Ensure efficient resolution within agreed timelines.
- Maintain product knowledge – Stay updated on products, pricing, and processes.
- Ensure professionalism – Maintain high standards in client communication.
- Efficient administration – Plan, report, and update records accurately.
- Governance compliance – Adhere to legislative and audit requirements.
- Service productivity – Enhance efficiency and performance in the Call Centre.
- CRM system updates – Accurately record client interactions and feedback.
- Reporting – Provide reports to improve business performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- FAIS qualifications (NQF Level 4 or 5).
- RE5 certification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial lines environment.
