Job Title: HR Learnership (Reserved for PWD Candidates)

Job Summary
This HR Learnership is designed to offer candidates living with disabilities an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and skills in the Human Resources field. Successful candidates will engage in a structured learning program registered with the FoodBev SETA, starting in April 2025.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen, aged 18–35
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (passed at 40%)
- Proficiency in English and any other South African language (40%)
- Must meet Employment Equity guidelines
- Must be unemployed and not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership elsewhere
- Medical certificate confirming disability status
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in structured learning and practical training.
- Complete all required assessments and assignments as per the learnership requirements.
- Gain exposure to HR-related tasks and develop key professional skills.
Competencies
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in English and effective communication skills in other South African languages.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
