Purpose Statement:
Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join our team. The main goal of this role is to provide top-quality administrative service and support to our clients. You will use your knowledge of Capitec products to handle client inquiries and complaints related to account information and card transactions. Additionally, you will assist clients using our Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Assist clients with queries related to account information and card transactions.
- Provide support for clients using Capitec's Internet and Mobile Banking services.
- Maintain excellent customer service and adherence to service protocols.
Experience Required:
- Minimum:
- 1 - 2 years experience in an inbound contact centre.
- Strong background in customer service.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Ideal or Preferred:
- No additional qualifications required.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with call centre processes and procedures.
- Understanding of customer care and service protocols.
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong telephonic and call handling skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record is required.
- Willingness to work regular shifts, weekends, or rotational standbys.
