Job Description

RCL Foods is committed to growth that positively impacts the world. The Transport Clerk will support this purpose within the food manufacturing sector, based in Nelspruit, reporting to the Transport Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with buying and administrative tasks
• Skills: Proficiency in English and a valid driver’s license

Duties & Responsibilities

• Verify parts catalogues for accurate identification, source quotes from vendors, and prepare requisitions on Syspro.
• Manage the receipt of shipments, verify packing slips/invoices, and enter parts and supply data into the system.
• Issue parts to mechanics and depots, and assist in part selection.
• Maintain and process job cards on Freeway, and balance the oil and lubrication stock sheet.
• Support depots with needed parts and consumables, perform periodic stock takes, replenish stock, and manage bulk fuel orders.
• Capture tyre job card details on Pro Wheel.
