Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Exceed customer expectations by using selling techniques, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
- Sales & Targets: Consistently meet individual sales targets and look for opportunities to increase turnover.
- Merchandising & Housekeeping: Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inspiring shopping environment.
- Transactions: Process all purchases, verify payments (cash, cards, vouchers), and manage loyalty card transactions.
- Customer Relations: Address customer queries, manage compliments and complaints, and build professional relationships.

Minimum Requirements

- Conditions: Must have a clear credit and criminal record, be a South African citizen, and willing to work retail hours.
