Key Responsibilities

  1. Support to Business Managers

    • Organise and implement administrative requirements as per the finance department and contract scope.
    • Maintain an external occupational health service provider database.
    • Ensure ISO/Quality Systems compliance, including ISO 9001:2008.
    • Deliver stock to regional clinics.
  2. Finance Administration

    • Process invoices and input stock data.
    • Order stationery and manage asset registers.
    • Invoice clients for service work.
  3. Off-Site Clinic Support

    • Assist with reception duties and clinic administration.
    • Coordinate appointments and maintain patient records.
  4. Human Resource Administration

    • Maintain locum database and training records.
    • Assist with general HR duties.
  5. Total Quality Management

    • Adhere to QMS and SMS policies.
    • Participate in ISO certification audits.
  6. Marketing

    • Represent Life Health Solutions professionally and ensure appropriate uniforms are worn.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (matric).
  • Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word).
  • Code 8 driver’s license (advantageous).
  • Certificates in Audiometry, Vision Screening, and Spirometry (advantageous).
  • Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused.
