Minimum Qualifications:
- BTech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science
Experience:
- None required (Ideal for recent graduates with no work experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the day-to-day operation of the plant
- Analyse maintenance inspection feedback and address deviations and improvement opportunities
- Assess weekly plant performance, including equipment breakdowns and callouts, proposing solutions to enhance performance
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and preserving the maintenance budget
- Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and repair procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and create remedial actions
- Identify, initiate, and implement improvement projects
- Develop quality control plans for equipment repairs
