Job Overview

The iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, with a presence in more than 30 locations across the continent, offering Apple products, repairs, business and educational support, training, and technical expertise. As an Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Admin/Operations Manager in managing stock control and asset management, helping minimize risks and ensure compliance with iStore’s policies, processes, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Admin/Operations Manager: Assist in stock control and asset management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to iStore policies, processes, and SOPs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records related to inventory and asset management.

Requirements

Education:

  • Matric (Tertiary Qualification advantageous).

Experience:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in retail or a degree.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in other industries.

Skills and Competencies

  • Tenacity: Demonstrates enthusiasm and urgency in achieving results.
  • Situational Awareness: Understands situations accurately, adopts the right attitude, and acts timely.
