Key Responsibilities
As a General Assistant, your duties will include:
Keeping the kitchen, canteen, and service areas clean and tidy.
Washing dishes, pots, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Assisting with basic food preparation when required.
Serving meals to customers during meal times.
Operating the cash register and processing customer payments.
Following food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
Supporting the kitchen team with general daily tasks.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
Matric (Grade 12).
Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous but not required).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
