Purpose of the Role
To support the technical department through administrative tasks related to building and equipment maintenance, following Mediclinic policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Work Order Administration and Reporting: Track and report on maintenance requests and tasks.

Financial Administration and Reporting: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and basic finance-related duties.

Client Service and Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with internal teams and possibly external vendors.

General Administration and Filing: Maintain orderly records and manage technical documentation.
Qualifications
Essential:
-
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent occupational certificate
Desired:

NQF5 Certificate in Bookkeeping or Finance
Experience

1 to 3 years in:

Administrative roles

Technical, Maintenance, Facilities, or Healthcare environment
