Purpose of the Role
To deliver an exceptional shopping experience through excellent customer service, efficient till operations, accurate stock replenishment, merchandising, and general store housekeeping. This is a high-energy, fast-paced retail environment, ideal for driven and motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in finding products

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Deliver a friendly and efficient in-store experience
2. Cashier Duties

Process cash, card, and Lay-By transactions

Handle customer refunds and till discrepancies
-
Ensure till balancing at end of shift
3. Merchandising & Housekeeping
-
Ensure correct pricing and availability of products
-
Replenish stock on the shop floor
-
Maintain a clean and organised store
-
Stay updated with in-store promotions
4. Risk and Loss Prevention
-
Tag products according to policy
-
Participate in stock takes
-
Report suspicious behaviour or potential shoplifting to management

Minimum Requirements:

Basic communication in English (other languages are a bonus)
