Job Purpose

To perform clerical and administrative duties for the Service Centre, ensuring efficient operations and support for staff and management.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)

    • Tertiary Qualification (Compulsory): Human Resource Management or Business Administration

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years in an administrative role in a similar environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks for the Service Centre

  • Capture employee clocking data daily and submit to HR for salary processing

  • Investigate and resolve employee queries related to salaries, leave, etc.

  • Compile employee-related reports for the Line Manager

  • Manage inventory control and safekeeping of Service Centre assets

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service

  • Work effectively as part of a team and manage self

  • Assist across departments when required


Skills and Competencies

  • Sound knowledge of products and services

  • Strong administrative and record-keeping skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

  • SAP system competency

  • Experience in warehouse operations and stock control

  • Petty cash administration experience

  • Excellent numeracy and literacy

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Integrity and strong values

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Emotional maturity and resilience
