Job Purpose
To perform clerical and administrative duties for the Service Centre, ensuring efficient operations and support for staff and management.
Minimum Requirements

Education:

Grade 12 (Matric)

Tertiary Qualification (Compulsory): Human Resource Management or Business Administration

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in an administrative role in a similar environment

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform general administrative tasks for the Service Centre
-
Capture employee clocking data daily and submit to HR for salary processing
-
Investigate and resolve employee queries related to salaries, leave, etc.
-
Compile employee-related reports for the Line Manager
-
Manage inventory control and safekeeping of Service Centre assets
-
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
-
Provide excellent internal and external customer service
-
Work effectively as part of a team and manage self

Assist across departments when required

Sound knowledge of products and services

Strong administrative and record-keeping skills

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
