This learnership offers a nationally recognized FETC: Long Term Insurance qualification (NQF Level 4), combining structured classroom learning with practical workplace experience in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
(Within Discovery Health – WCP Service Team)

Client servicing in the Call Centre

Handling claims, new business, and health benefits administration

Minimum Requirements
Education

Grade 12 (Matric) is essential with the following minimum subject scores:

Mathematics: Level 4 (50%) OR

Maths Literacy: Level 5 (60%)

English: Level 4 (50%)

Second Language: Level 4 (50%)

Incomplete tertiary qualification is an advantage
Other Criteria

Age: 18–25 years old

Not currently in formal employment or post-Matric studies

No previous learnerships completed

Basic MS Excel and MS Outlook proficiency

Effective verbal and written English communication skills
