Purpose of the Role:

To ensure the accurate backflushing of finished goods using an automated system, supported by manual scanning where required. The role supports production by tracking material movement and managing stock-related data effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Matric / Grade 12

• License: Valid Forklift Driver’s License

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment

  • Minimum 2 years working with Shopware

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

  • Knowledge of SmartTech system

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Good organizational and stock management skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Track and report Plan vs Actual to Shift Production Managers

• Handle SRVs for packaging materials after each production run

• Conduct stock balancing and adjustments (M1 & M4 tags)

• Perform product tracking and tracing tasks

• Coordinate and perform stock counts with Shift Manager

• Manage cycle counts, stock waste, write-ons and write-offs

• Generate Pull Lists for materials needed for each shift

• Ensure rotation of stock from end-of-run cupboards

• Maintain quarantine areas and perform rework coordination

• Handle COGI adjustments and update S/LOC for PM and FG

• Submit and consolidate WCM morale documentation (e.g., 5Ys, OPL, CI, EWO)

• Operate SmartTech to capture finished goods

• Change SU label reels and ribbons

• Record data on the PAMCO sheet daily

• Remove all non-conforming materials from designated areas
