Main Purpose of the Role:
To deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, supporting the company’s High Performance Network strategy and ensuring achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:

Provide efficient, multi-channel end-to-end claims handling while maintaining high service standards

Maximise sales by upselling and converting leads in line with company goals

Resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions

Ensure full compliance with SOPs by submitting accurate reports and updating the CRM system

Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
-
Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
Experience:
-
1 to 3 years' experience in a Contact Centre environment
Knowledge:
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Solid understanding of customer service and sales principles

Effective business communication (verbal and written)
