Provide excellent parts service to other dealership departments

Maximise sales to trade and retail customers
Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Hire, train, manage, and discipline staff
-
Training: Keep staff updated on product changes, customer relations
-
Administration: Accurate transaction recording, stock updating, customer credit monitoring
-
Finance: Ensure timely payment collection, manage budgets, report pricing changes
-
Communication: Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
-
Stock Management: Daily stock takes, managing deposits on parts
-
Sales & Marketing: Achieve sales targets, contribute to marketing plans
-
Operations: Daily banking, maintain cleanliness, ensure security of department
-
Reporting: Maintain accurate records, credit notes, stock variances
Requirements:
-
2-3 years in Parts Sales/Management
-
Minimum 3 years in the motor industry
-
Matric or equivalent (tertiary qualification preferred)
