Job Purpose
Lead and manage a distribution team to ensure effective execution of delivery plans, customer service, and optimization of resources, while maintaining safety and compliance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Execute and monitor delivery plans

Optimize customer service and team performance

Control delivery shortages and budgets
-
Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment

Perform administrative and invoicing tasks

Manage human resources, including owner drivers

Drive continuous improvement in distribution performance
Qualifications & Experience
-
Required: BCom Degree/Diploma (Transport/Logistics or equivalent)
-
Experience: 2+ years in Operations or Warehousing
-
Computer Skills: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP & SAPHR
-
License: Valid Code 08 Driver’s License
-
Advantage: Knowledge of CCBSA distribution systems
Key Competencies

Knowledge: Road Transport legislation, NOSA standards
