Job Summary

Clover is seeking an Administrative Controller: Driver Ledger to manage and enhance the accuracy of the driver ledger across all satellite branches, helping to reduce potential losses. This position is based at Clover Head Office in Roodepoort.


Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • National Diploma or Advanced Certificate

Experience:

  • Experience applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at a competent level

  • Experience engaging with senior management

Other Requirements:

  • Intermediate computer literacy

  • Valid Code 08 Driver’s License

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Driver Ledger Control

  • Maintain and update the driver ledger for all satellite branches

  • Liaise with branches on ledger discrepancies (shorts/overs)

  • Reconcile driver accounts to reduce losses

  • Support drivers with daily balancing and capturing

  • Maintain driver ledger age analysis and issue daily reports

  • Support Finance with cash balancing queries

  • Ensure master data is updated and issues logged

  • Process route settlements when necessary

2. Operational and Administrative Support

  • Compile and distribute daily operational reports

  • Assist with operational process changes and new implementations

  • Support and train new personnel

  • Compile and update training manuals

  • Keep swell files current

  • Assist with month-end closing activities

3. General and Ad Hoc Support

  • Assist with investigations and general departmental tasks

  • Resolve integration message failures and escalate as needed

  • Assist with new user onboarding by capturing e-forms
