Position Summary:

As a Guest Experience Expert at Protea Hotel Kimberley, your role goes beyond checking guests in and out. You're responsible for creating a memorable and personalized guest experience throughout their stay. You’ll assist with guest requests, operational needs, reporting, and provide insights about the local area — all while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences

  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly

  • Support daily front desk operations and reporting

  • Maintain a professional appearance and communication style

  • Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and safety standards

  • Move around actively; lift/carry/push items up to 10 pounds

  • Provide area information and enhance guest satisfaction

  • Adapt and respond to various operational needs with initiative


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Experience: No previous work experience required

  • Supervision: No supervisory experience needed

  • Licenses/Certifications: None required
