About the Role:
Join Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller as a Call Centre Agent. You’ll be the first point of contact for iStore clients, assisting with a variety of queries related to products, repairs, technical support, and general customer service. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals looking to work under 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:

Provide excellent client service in line with iStore trading hours

Handle customer complaints, queries, and product-related questions

Resolve technical support issues telephonically

Assist with status updates on in-progress repairs

Log calls and maintain accurate customer records

Meet performance targets and adhere to call centre processes

Exhibit calm and professionalism when handling irate or frustrated customers
Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate

South African ID
-
At least 1 year of call centre experience
