Role Purpose:
To provide high-level administrative and operational support to 4 Executives at OM Bank. This role involves managing calendars, preparing reports, organizing events, and ensuring optimal efficiency in executive workflows — contributing to the bank’s purpose of enabling African prosperity.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Administration

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for executives

Take and prepare minutes of meetings, track follow-ups
-
Prepare correspondence, documentation, reports, and presentations
-
Maintain filing systems, databases, and task lists
-
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Data Management & Reporting
-
Collect, compile, and analyze data for standard reporting
-
Support budget tracking and financial document management
-
Use tools like Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems to produce reports
Office & Workflow Management

Independently manage personal monthly schedule and prioritize executive tasks

Support simple procurement processes and documentation

Ensure compliance with OM Bank’s operational procedures and regulatory codes
Travel & Event Coordination

Book travel and accommodation for executives and team members

Assist in planning internal and external business meetings/events
Role Requirements:

Minimum Experience:
-
At least 3 years supporting senior management in a similar capacity

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification (Secretarial/Admin/Business) – Advantageous

Training in minute taking and advanced diary management – Preferred
