Job Description
Fedics is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join its team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, accurately processing customer orders, operating a Point of Sale (POS) system, and supporting efficient front-of-house operations.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress will be advantageous.
Experience operating POS systems is essential.
Food & Beverage Service Certificate (optional but beneficial).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Capture customer orders using the POS system.
Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Ensure correct billing and issue receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Assist with opening and closing procedures of the dining area.
Respond to customer queries and requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
