Main Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the Technical Department, specifically related to building and equipment maintenance per Mediclinic policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer work orders and reporting.

Financial administration and reporting.

Build and maintain stakeholder relations and client services within the Technical Department.

General administration and filing.
Education & Experience:
-
Essential: Grade 12 or equivalent occupational certificate.
-
Desired: NQF5 Higher or Occupational Certificate in Bookkeeping/Finance.
-
Experience: None essential; 1-3 years in admin role in maintenance/technical/facilities or hospital environment desirable. Bookkeeping or finance experience advantageous.
Skills & Knowledge:
-
Telephone etiquette.
-
Written communication (memos, letters, emails, minutes).
-
Computer literacy (MS Office).
-
SAP familiarity.
-
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Understanding of technical terminology and financial management.
