Job Description:
The Parts Administrator will support the Commercial Parts team and UD dealers by handling parts-related administration, reporting, pricing, promotions, and communication. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain parts pricing and manage comparative baskets

Support parts promotions, incentives, and sales campaigns

Track lubricant performance against budgets

Handle monthly parts export sales reports and financial controls

Monitor dealer challenge targets and prepare annual trend analyses

Compile historical purchase data

Draft bulletins, policies, and dealer communication

Support parts availability and manage backorder solutions

Create purchase orders for the department
Minimum Requirements:

Must be unemployed youth and registered on the YES4Youth platform

Technical or financial background with an interest in the automotive industry

Strong analytical and communication skills

Basic computer literacy
