Purpose of the Position
The successful candidate will assist with all administrative duties in the Service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Communicate with operational staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Look up part numbers for Bobcat & Sany to assist technicians with quotations.
  • Compile and send quotations promptly.
  • Follow up on quotations and understand why they may not convert to sales.
  • Assist with orders that need amendments.
  • Handle parts-related queries like stock shortages and alternative sourcing.
  • Manage an organized document control and filing system for the workshop.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • General administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Autoline experience (advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills — verbal and written
  • Customer-focused with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable and accountable
  • Own reliable transport is essential
