Job Purpose
Nedbank is looking for a Client Service Consultant to educate clients on digital and self-service solutions, process cash transactions, and assist with first-line device maintenance to exceed client expectations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6)
  • 1-2 years experience in Retail/Banking Client Service, Cash Handling, and First Line Problem Resolution
  • Technology savvy
  • Foreign exchange experience (advantageous)

Preferred Qualification

  • Higher Certificate in Banking Services (NQF5)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with digital applications and self-service solutions
  • Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange transactions
  • Maintain queue flow and prioritise clients with special needs
  • Replenish ATMs and other self-service devices
  • Identify sales leads and refer clients to the relevant department
  • Perform first-line maintenance on self-service devices
  • Ensure compliance with Nedbank security and risk policies
