Job Purpose
Nedbank is looking for a Client Service Consultant to educate clients on digital and self-service solutions, process cash transactions, and assist with first-line device maintenance to exceed client expectations.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma (NQF Level 6)
- 1-2 years experience in Retail/Banking Client Service, Cash Handling, and First Line Problem Resolution
- Technology savvy
- Foreign exchange experience (advantageous)
Preferred Qualification
- Higher Certificate in Banking Services (NQF5)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with digital applications and self-service solutions
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange transactions
- Maintain queue flow and prioritise clients with special needs
- Replenish ATMs and other self-service devices
- Identify sales leads and refer clients to the relevant department
- Perform first-line maintenance on self-service devices
- Ensure compliance with Nedbank security and risk policies
