Job Summary
Eduvos is seeking a dedicated Academic Administrator to support all academic administration functions at our Pretoria campus. This includes assessment administration, student recordkeeping, and enrolment tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Certificate
- Tertiary qualification (preferred)
- At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in assessment administration in the higher education environment
Duties & Responsibilities
As the Academic Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide assessment administration services (on request, Information Systems Administrator)
- Handle and resolve student queries
- Assist with the administration of enrolment processes
- Assist with graduation administration
- Help with CAT, RPL, or qualification change applications
- Contribute to Atrisk tracking process
- Assist with Extended Studies contract (for Information Systems Certificates only)
