Valterra Platinum is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its Engineering Learnership Programme 2027. This programme provides successful applicants with structured theoretical and workplace training, leading to a nationally recognised Artisan qualification.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Mathematics (Not Mathematical Literacy)
Physical Science
English
Minimum 40% in all required subjects
Applicants must also have one of the following:
N2 qualification or higher with all four required subjects passed according to the relevant trade; or
NCV Level 4 in the appropriate trade with a minimum pass mark of 40% in all subjects.
