About the Learnership
DHL Global Forwarding SA is inviting applications from unemployed South African youth for its 2026/2027 Clearing and Forwarding Agent NQF Level 5 Learnership Programme. This 12-month programme combines accredited theoretical training with practical workplace experience, helping learners build valuable skills in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
As a Learner, you will:
Assist with import and export administration processes.
Receive, reconcile, and organise shipping documents.
Support operational systems and daily logistics activities.
Perform filing, scanning, reporting, and other administrative duties.
Follow established procedures and company policies.
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Communicate relevant information accurately and professionally.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Have achieved at least 65% in English.
Be between 18 and 30 years old.
Be a South African citizen.
Be currently unemployed and not studying.
Have basic computer skills (MS Office knowledge will be advantageous).
Be willing to complete a 12-month learnership programme.
Selection will be conducted in line with the company's Employment Equity Policy.
