Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- National Certificate or relevant qualification
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Logistics will be advantageous
- 1–2 years' relevant administrative or clerical experience
- Good command of written and spoken Business English
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant business systems
- Experience supporting senior management will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Distribution team.
- Capture and update delivery, customer, and route information accurately.
- Maintain distribution documentation, including Proof of Deliveries (PODs), invoices, and dispatch records.
- Assist with delivery scheduling, route planning, and shipment tracking.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments to resolve delivery-related queries.
- Perform general office administration, including filing, scanning, and document control.
- Reconcile delivery documentation and stock records where required.
- Assist colleagues and provide additional administrative support during busy operational periods.
