Purpose of the Job:
Provide administrative support to a team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling calls, inquiries, and appointments

  • Organising meetings, taking minutes

  • Booking travel, rooms, and events

  • Preparing documents, letters, and reports

  • Data capturing, filing, and record-keeping

  • Managing office supplies and stationery

  • Assisting visitors and coordinating internal/external communications

  • Supporting expenditure tracking and basic invoicing


Minimum Education Required:
High School / School Diploma (or equivalent)


Experience Required:
0+ years (entry-level, suitable for new graduates or early-career professionals)


Skills and Competencies:

  • Communication (verbal and written)

  • Attention to detail

  • Time management and multi-tasking

  • Office administration

  • Planning and organising

  • Accountability and results-driven mindset

  • Computer literacy (data entry, email, basic document formatting)
