Purpose of the Job:
Provide administrative support to a team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Handling calls, inquiries, and appointments

Organising meetings, taking minutes

Booking travel, rooms, and events

Preparing documents, letters, and reports

Data capturing, filing, and record-keeping

Managing office supplies and stationery

Assisting visitors and coordinating internal/external communications

Supporting expenditure tracking and basic invoicing
Minimum Education Required:
High School / School Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience Required:
0+ years (entry-level, suitable for new graduates or early-career professionals)
