Main Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the technical department related to building and equipment maintenance, following Mediclinic policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage work order administration and reporting
-
Handle financial administration and reporting
-
Build and maintain stakeholder and client relationships within the Technical Department

Perform general administration and filing
Education Requirements:
-
Essential: Grade 12 or equivalent occupational certificate
-
Desired: NQF5 Higher or Occupational Certificate in Bookkeeping/Finance
Experience:
-
Essential: None required
-
Desired: 1-3 years in administration, preferably in maintenance, technical environment, facilities management, or hospital environment; bookkeeping or finance experience is a plus
Skills and Knowledge:

Telephone etiquette

Written communication (memos, emails, letters, minutes)

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

SAP knowledge
-
Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act

Familiarity with technical terminology

Basic financial management insight
