Purpose of the Role:
To provide telephonic or written customer service support, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and professionally while contributing to service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound communication with clients

Provide accurate product info (especially in short-term insurance)

Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines

Requirements:

Education: Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Personal Lines Insurance (motor, home contents, portable possessions)

RE and FAIS certification is an advantage
