Purpose of the Role:

To provide telephonic or written customer service support, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and professionally while contributing to service excellence and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound communication with clients

  • Provide accurate product info (especially in short-term insurance)

  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines

  • Maintain high service standards and professionalism

  • Meet service targets and reporting requirements

  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and compliance

  • Accurately log customer feedback and actions taken


Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years in Personal Lines Insurance (motor, home contents, portable possessions)

    • RE and FAIS certification is an advantage

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    • Good email and phone etiquette

    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations
