Store Manager
Location: Ottery, Cape Town

Purpose of the Role
To optimize sales and exceed customer expectations through effective implementation of the operations strategy and strong management of store staff. The role requires a hands-on leader who ensures high operational standards and drives team performance.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent

Further qualifications in retail/business (advantageous)

At least 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or management role

Excellent merchandising, stock management, and cost control skills

Proven leadership and team motivation abilities

Strong customer service orientation and brand representation

Ability to maintain high store standards

Self-starter with energy and drive

Excellent communication in English (verbal and written); fluency in a second official language is a plus
