Job Purpose
The Administrator will provide internal administrative and logistical support for external quality assurance processes and consultative services at the SU Unit for International Credentialling (SU-UIC).
Key Responsibilities

Administrative support for SU-UIC committees, moderators, and specialists.

Handling documents and logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Supporting branding and public image through creation of documents, flyers, logos, and forms in line with SU-UIC standards.

Managing administration for SU-UIC training programmes.
Minimum Requirements
-
A diploma (NQF Level 6).
-
At least 3 years’ experience in higher education, legal, or policy administration.

Knowledge of university systems and environments.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Competence in online tools and platforms (e.g., MS Teams).

Proven ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Proficient in reading and verbal communication in Afrikaans.

Skilled in MS Office (especially Word and Excel), MS Teams, and databases.

Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
-
Willingness to work after hours during peak periods.
Recommendations (Advantageous)

Bachelor’s degree.

Knowledge of school-leaving examination systems and quality assurance practices.

Experience with university financial and HR systems.

Event planning and execution experience.
-
Proficiency in Southern African languages.
