Key Responsibilities

Analyse and resolve backorder issues, reporting to the owner/creator of purchase orders

Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding backorders and queries

Distribute daily backorder analysis reports to internal users

Manage supplier feedback and lead-times efficiently

Maintain accurate and consistent reporting

Ensure proper housekeeping
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric
-
Sound knowledge of computer systems
-
Knowledge of SAP Financials (advantageous)

Familiarity with Parts Systems (advantageous)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

High attention to detail
-
Computer literacy
-
Strong planning, numeracy, and analytical skills

Good time management and understanding of the business model
